Vienna City
A magical city, Vienna effortlessly combines modern efficiency with historical beauty. The transport system is fast and well connected, while the wealth of fabulous Baroque architecture in the centre has to be seen to be believed.
Salzburg City
Salzburg, famous for Mozart and the Sound of Music, has a small and compact old centre, full of sumptuous Baroque architecture and surrounded by huge hills. There's plenty to see and do here with many museums and concert halls.
Grossglockner High Alpine Road
The Grossglockner High Alpine Road is one of the most scenic and dramatic routes in the Alps with incredible views of Austria's highest peaks and the Pasterzen Glacier.
Dachstein Ice Caves
At the south end of Hallstatt lake are the the Dachstein caves. There are three caves open to the public, the Ice caves, the Mammoth cave and the lesser visited Koppenbrullerhohle.
